Kimberly has a broad background in performing arts & communication for training creativity in the church. Her specialization is using drama for community outreach, missions and Christian education. 

She loves facilitating spiritual development events with loads of creative ways to experience God. 

Kimberly and Novo's new Makers Core Team explore creative ways to see the Kingdom of God come. We do this where we are individually living worldwide, and by going as a team to explore, teach, inspire, and bless others. We want everything Jesus has promised us for abundant life with him, and we want to see others come to know, love, and live for him bravely and creatively.

The Makers Space is a private Facebook Group for a growing community of Makers. They use the arts in prayer for one another, a chosen place or people, and the "patches" where we each live. The Core team hosts a monthly Zoom to explore ways to infuse Creativity into our Spiritual disciplines and service.

Our Background before Chattanooga

For 12 years Jim had been a Missions & Outreach pastor in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Kimberly led a drama ministry and served in leadership with the Creative Arts in their church. These years prepared them for a more-than-we-could-ask-or-imagine life.

The Creasmans joined CRM (now NOVO) and moved to Asia in 1997. There they served behind the scenes as coaches. They empowered leaders in Asia for the next 17 years until an extended season of caregiving kept them based in Los Angeles. In those 4 years, they took extended itinerant trips to Asia.

Just K!Mberly now? Where is Jim?

Jim retired from Novo in 2022, but continues to enjoy seeing people of influence gain fresh vision and passion and skills. He influences people into greater maturity and ministry. His new passion is the joy of generosity and passing that on to others. Both Kimberly and Jim find ways to empower and encourage leaders in their new community; both in and outside the walls of the church.

Our Boys in 2023: 

Tyler served seven years as an Officer in the Army and one as a Global Nomad. He now has a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina and has begun spreading resumés far and wide. We're happy to be his base camp as he seeks God's will for that ex-pat employment,...and other things.

Cameron has been working in Austin since 2017 and is surrounded by friends who love him. And it's easy to see why: he he is a gracious, loving person. He's an encourager to everyone he knows.
